Moreover Facebook helps me to kill time so it happens that I totally forget about this. It recently complete 8 years of existence and it became parts of our life. Sometimes we feel how we live before Facebook .Most of us is going to join in some or other company N are going to be professionals. So is it possible to use Facebook even then without affecting your performance appraisal from your boss.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT RAHUL GANDHI

recently i came across some photo on fb which makes serious allegeations on rahul gandhi.The reason for his name of rahul vinci is for his security reasons after his fathers assanitaion.So there is no point in asking him to keeping that name once he dont have any fear of life threat.It was the same he declared to the court reagrding his eduational qualification and the controversy of his name.You can also find the article in DNA reagrding this.

Our constitution unlike USA didin't have any provison that states that citizen by birth can only decorate the constitutional posts. even citizen by naturalastion can also occupy president,head of the nation then why its rule for PM. Even constituion makes gives authority to parliament to make any act regarding citizen ship and accordingly 1 act& 3amendments are made first being indian citizenship act 1955 and amended thrice. so its a matter of minutes to parliament to pass the act if any controversy arise as u say only citizen by birth can occupy the PM. The only reason that congress ddin't do the same is just beacuse it dont want to see peoples anger which is raises by some anti social elements.you can find the details about CTIZENSHIP ACT 1955
    The issue of girl friend is childish. I hope that particular guy who make that letter may not have any girl friend,just like me.He (may be) romancing with the daughter of drug mafia but not  his father or any drug mafia members.
     I agree that some of the claims that he make may be true but some things are proven to wrong .So better confirm things before sharing on your walls and stop false propaganda  against a MP(of course he dont have any impunity against any artbitary action against his acts outside Parliament but it doesnt mean we should make false propaganda regarding our fellow Indian citizen)

Income Tax Department takes Several Punitive and Deterrent Steps to Unearth Unaccounted Money And Curb Tax Evasion

                                   No data is maintained in the Ministry of Finance regarding black money stashed abroad converted to white and brought back into the country by exploiting the provisions of no tax on dividend and capital gain in India. However, appropriate action as per the provisions of the Direct Tax Laws is taken whenever credible information with regard to tax evasion, including in real estate and other businesses, is received by its Income Tax Department.

The Income Tax Department takes several punitive and deterrent steps to unearth unaccounted money and curb tax evasion. These include scrutiny of tax return; surveys, search and seizure actions; imposition of penalty and launching of prosecution in appropriate cases. Information Technology has also been used in a big way in collection, collation and dissemination of taxpayer information. Tax Information Network (TIN) has been set up as a depository of important tax related information which can be accessed by the Department. The basic components of TIN are information relating to Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), payment of taxes and high value transactions reported in Annual Information Returns (AIR). The Department has set up an Integrated Taxpayer Data Management System (ITDMS) to electronically collate Information collected from various sources i.e. Tax Deduction at Source, Electronic Filling of Return, Annual Information Returns Central Information Branches (CIB) etc. to create 360 degrees profile of high net-worth assesses. Information received from Financial Intelligence Unity under the Department of Revenue regarding suspicious transactions from various banks and financial institutions are also investigated by the Income Tax Department.

Further, the Department has implemented Computer assisted Selection of Scrutiny (CASS) wherein returns are selected for scrutiny on the basis of comparison of the information gathered from various sources with the information available and declarations made by the assesses in the return of income. As regards unearthing of unaccounted money and wealth outside the country, all information regarding receipts from or deposits outside the country are verified and action taken to bring undisclosed taxable amounts to taxation. Besides, the Department is having two specialized wings under the administrative control of the Director General of Income Tax (International Taxation). The International Tax Division Investigates and assesses the cases of foreign companies, expatriates, non-residents and other such entities. The Transfer Pricing Division examines the international transactions between associated enterprises having regard to arm’s length price in accordance with the provisions of Chapter X of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Appropriate action under the provisions of Direct Tax Laws is taken in cases where tax evasion is detected. 

                                                 Sixteen number of imported luxury cars have been seized in the country during the recent past between April,2011 to July 2011.They are valued at Rs.6.75 crores and involves evasion of duty of Rs.4.87 crores. All Customs field formations have been sensitized and alerted to prevent smuggling of imported cars into the country. Action under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 has been initiated against the importers.


 Amendment in Law to Prevent Black Money:
A Committee headed by the Chairman, CBDT has been constituted to examine ways to strengthen laws to curb generation of black-money in India, its illegal transfer abroad and its recovery. The Committee shall examine the existing legal and administrative framework to deal with the menace of generation of black money through illegal means including inter alia (a) declaring wealth generated illegally as national asset: (b) enacting/amending laws to confiscate and recover such assets; and (c)exemplary punishment against its perpetrators.

The Committee shall consult all stakeholders and submit its report within a period of six month

what babu ramdev wants???

Today when I saw news paper on the front page I saw the title “WHAT BABA RAMDEV WANTS??”. I think he may want some site for ashram. But it’s not the case. Let’s go by point by point. 

First point reads death sentence for corrupt. And somewhere in the middle reads signing and ratifying UN convention against corruption. The thing he shouldn’t forget is the same UN is against the capital punishment. Leave it in tens of demand one may be wrong and I continue to read and other read as is immediate return of the black money stashed away in tax haven abroad. Then what about the wealth which is illegally earn and kept with in India. Couple of days back when ACB raided on of the thasildar level officer in my home town (which is regarded as one of the most undeveloped district) found 100 million. And in MP one of the IAS couple founded to be 300 crore. What about all these money.  I got remember one Telugu saying “pakka inti pula Kura ruche”.  The next one is all that money should be declared as national property. Huff one thing is good and too much of my disappointment it continues as they must be charged under sedition law. We all come to know the misuse of it much recently with the arrest of Dr Binyaksen. Abolishing the 1g and 500 notes. What a silly demand is it? I hope it hits middle class much. He also asks the replacement of British raj system of goverence, education law and order with swadeshi alternative. Also promoting Hindi at the expense of English.  If British left us with something it’s the powerful bureaucratic system, well defined education system which helps them to rule the hundreds of colonies for more than hundred years.  If there is fault with people there is no use of changing the system. They go on searching loop holes with in it. In the words of Annahazzare even lokpal can’t eradicate corruption to 100%. Just tighten the vigilance on the people who are corrupt instead using it for political enemies. Reforming electoral reforms is impossible. It’s just like expecting dislike button in face book. If u think candidate is not worthy just u go and stand in the race. One more is make PM be directly elected by people. If that would be the case lets think that he was elected and his party candidates couldn’t make majority. Then all the laws passed by him may not be accepted by parliament. And laws passed by parliament may be against the will of prime minister. His next demand is increasing minimum price of food grains. Better way is increasing PDS and decreasing the role of middle man .it not helps the farmers but also check the inflation.  The next one I loved it declaring the income annually. But it’s not so easy in country like India.  The next one is making wages of different categories of labourer’s uniform across the country.  Is it possible?? U guys just think.

                                                Let see the way in which he want to ask the government. He just even makes negotiations with government. He didn’t struggle for not even few years. He didn’t submit any letters to ministries concerned. He is going for FAST UNTO DEATH. Is this the way in democracy? He threatens to his own life. He is trying to destabilise the government elected constitutional manner. It sends the wrong message to anti social elements who want achieve their goals. It also tells that government yields in this way. Tomorrow some will come do fast for separate state and someone will ask for reservation and list goes on.

                                I know what’s in your mind. Isn’t the same thing done by our fore fathers to make British out?  can I quote to you on this very point of BR Amedkar, the father of our constitution said on 25 of November, 1949, “the first thing we must do is to hold fast to the constitutional methods. We must abandon civil disobedience, non co-operation and satyagrah. These methods are nothing but grammar of anarchy. The sooner they are abandoned the better for us.” Are you putting yourself ahead BR Amedkar?

OSAMA MURDER -IS IT FAIR????

 "We got him", "Rot in Hell", "Justice has been done", were the headlines that trumpeted on U.S. based tabloids echoing the jubilation across America after President Barack Obama announced that a U.S. military commando had captured and killed Osama bin Laden.

                          But laden has never been given a chance to get a fair trial in the court. He is never present before court. He was killed when he was unarmed. If u see any Indian mythological stories like Ramayana or Mahabharata it was said that person shouldn’t be killed when he is unarmed. A lady, may be her wife, was killed by guards brutally. She never participated in any terrorist activities, until prima facie is established. But the punishment for that is not at all capital punishment. But who is the answer for the death. A mistake can never bring back the life of a person. When he was found to be unarmed he should be given chance to surrender then in the case of resistance he should be shot at legs so that he can’t escape and then capture. But what happens in reality is he was shot dead with single bullet. It’s clear that the country which always talks about human rights which always strives for the establishment of democracy all over the world overthrowing monarchy is violating the human right for a living being who is living with us in our own world.

              And the most critic that Pakistan facing is it become hub of terrorists and it had knowledge about it. But it also the same country which is unaware of the ally army moves near its military camp. One who says that should  that it had knowledge of Osama should see this  point. Although it risks its sovereignty is at risk it allows other country army freely to move in the territory to uproot terrorism it was not properly shown by media.

                          At this point of time the thing needed is friendly co-operation between India and Pakistan so that it allows NSG to get into their territory and effectively fight against terrorism.

                                      I m not against killing of laden but against the way he was killed not providing the fair trail and then giving capital punishment. But whatever may be now Americans can sleep happily and the Obama had justified his Nobel peace prize. Pakistan also shouldn’t blindly neglect the warnings from neighbours and learn to be co operate for domination .

Huff summer is approaching. Temperature is soon gonna reach 45.if we put news channels the reason for this abnormal rise in temperature is given as global warming and great dialogues of “LETS SAVE OUR EARTH”   are we really saving our earth or we are saving ourselves and our future generations. Evan great states persons will says lets save our earth?  Is something wrong with their basic knowledge of astronomy? Aren’t they aware that earth is the only planet that supports life? If  there is a natural disaster the simple thing happens no life exists in universe and nothing is gonna happen with our earth because the heat is being released by earth quakes or volcanoes.  In fact earth doesn’t support life until some 500 billion years ago until when an earth is hit by an asteroid which tilt the earth axis by 22 ½ degrees. So the future is going to be same as past. You may ask a question that what is going to happen. If at all temperature is going to increase I have air conditioned systems. That’s fine.  But there are millions of people who can’t even earn a few dollars per day? What about them? Extensive use of AC systems results in CFC and in turn ozone layer damage. According to one estimate droughts in Australia have much to do with the damage of ozone layer and green house effect?  What happen if it happens with Australia? The problem is its one of the largest producer of wheat and wool and much of the shortage of wheat is because of the same reasons which indirectly cause the inflation and civil war in many countries. So in this process we are cutting the branch on which we are sitting and in way we are not saving our earth. In this process we are not destroying ourselves but also our fellow living beings. Oil spill results in the death of many sea living creatures.  Sometimes the change of climatic conditions may not be well adapted by these animals because they are not as intelligent as our human beings. The best example can be given as polar bear. They took rest in all the January as a result they starve.  They come in February for hunting and to get enough   food ice shouldn’t break but because of global warming the entire ice break so they can’t hunt. We people and media will make a give a publicity and flow of funds if people couldn’t eat. Unfortunately they can’t say their problem t any one and result is their extinction. Even we didn’t leave elephants during this course of action. In southern Africa Kalahari desert elephants walk for weeks to get water. During the course of journey they posses problem from lions sand storms and many cubs separated from their mothers. But they continue their journey towards Okavango delta whose route was shown by their ancestors. But the real danger is waiting soon. That is man. In the name of farming man build farms across the river basin buildings in the name of civilisation and the result is the attack of elephants on the farm and in the counter attack some elephants also die in some cases. They may change their routes but they may be late result in the loss of patience because they are much thirsty. Just think if the same happens to a man and if they are walking for just miles creates the news in other day. And what the hell our governments are doing. I pointed out governments because on the day Obama wins in his victory speech he stressed out “WHAT GOVERNMENTS CANT DO”. During the Copenhagen summit both under developed and developed blame on each other cutting out their emissions. What’s the use of development which result in loss of our nature and which leads to the suffering of our off spring? In the Indian scenario why the government is giving subsides to fertilisers,much of them are petro chemical and so dependent on high politically unstable countries decrease in foreign resrves, which are all result in loss of fertility which results in sharp decrease in food grain production. instead they can give subsides on organic chemicals which are earth friendly. At any point there is no loss to our earth only loss to be our selves. One question may arise if there is loss of any one species or imbalance wats loss?

The answer is simple. Let’s take the example of tiger. The tiger in forest represents the availability of water resources and good number (not high) of small animals and in turn good vegetation which checks soil erosion so conservation of forests and agricultural lands. Good forest indicates good rainfall. I pointed out not large but good number of other animals. The reason is this. Once upon a time great Sahara desert is large grass lands where huge number of sheep was migrated and they eat up grass by uprooting  and now the Sahara is as a result of that.

college election...

Much awaited college union elections are over. Our CR gets re-elected after much (tough) competition. My CR and opposite guy to him comes to my room at yesterday night for asking me  to give my valuable :P vote to them, but I didn’t say any  one name outside to whom I am going to vote. . I got a feeling that every day we should have elections.  As I had ankle sprain I can’t walk for long distances. Everyone wants to bring an auto or bike to take me to venue and for one minute I became a celebrity. One guy even says he is ready to bring a car so that other guys can also be taken since at a given time you can find at least 2,3 guys can’t walk may be because of either sprain or fracture. Finally a friend of me   brought auto and cast my vote. As soon as my voting gets over I am back to room in the same auto. But the real heat of election came after the results are out. One vote goes in vain and the result is 31-32 and that vote is in the expected to be on 31 side . So there a huge agitation near ATB as the union strength is 16-17. I don’t know all this till 10:30 until I receive a couple of phone calls asking me come.I never receive them in one day. As they know my situation one guy brought Honda activa for me to take me main building. But I was moved from there to ATB by pulsor J.So I feels if there is a election for every day I can go by bike: D someone driving. But after waiting for long time college said they can’t have re- elections citing some lame rules. As usually chief warden sucksL. We return back with a disappointment. But today suddenly got a feeling of final year

                                                We got a good C.R J but NITK lost a best president L

   HOPE THIS WOULD BE MY LAST POST IN THIS SEM MAY BE BECAUSE OF APPROACHING END SEM AND I WISH ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR EXAMS.
